Forbes Avenue Paving this Weekend in Pittsburgh
PennDOT is announcing improvement work on Forbes Avenue (Route 2108) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will occur Friday night through Sunday night, July 20-22 weather permitting.
Forbes Avenue will be reduced to a single-lane of traffic from 8 p.m. Friday night continuously through 8 p.m. Sunday night between Craft Avenue and Atwood Street as crews from Gulisek Construction conduct milling and paving operations. Police and flaggers will assist traffic through the corridor. Parking will be prohibited.
Motorists should expect delays and consider alternate routes.
