Come early join us for light refreshments beforehand at 3:30pm.

The Department of Theatre Arts will say goodbye to Dr. Attilio "Buck" Favorini as he concludes a spectacular 44 year tenure with our institution.  Founder of the historic Three River's Shakespeare Festival, author of numerous plays, winner of the Kennedy Center/David Mark Cohen award, a Pittsburgh Magazine "Pittsburgher of the Year," and of course, founder of this very department, Dr. Favorini's impact has exceeded the boundaries of the University and stretched onto the larger stage of Pittsburgh and beyond.  Please join us as we give Buck the send-off he deserves, one that will serve as a proper capstone to a widely accomplished career.
