Voice and Movement 2

This course will build on the practices introduced in Voice & Movement 1 including breath, support, presence, healthy, expressive vocal use, and effective communication.  It will introduce the International Phonetic Alphabet and dialect and accent study.  Methods of dialect and accent acquisition will include movement and vocal technique.   Students will apply research and techniques to character creation.  This work is intended to increase your power and versatility in any dialect or accent, fostering clear, consistent and believable character work.
