As their final project in Costume Crafts Class, the students made the following: Ovina Bey made a super-hero cape with padded shoulders made from Fosshape, Alathia Campbell sewed Vintage 60’s style bell-bottom pants, Molly Cohen draped a 1920’s style dress, Tim Kaniecki made a “Newsboy” cap of wool fabric, Casey McKenna made a black satin and faille princess seamed vest, Rocky Paterra crafted “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle” wrist bands from leather, Noah Sanders fashioned a “Ke$ha” headpiece of flowers on a buckram base, Samantha Wiley sewed a “Harry Potter” cape with lining and hood, and Jacquie Saparito sewed an Ash Katchum shirt from “Pokemon.”
