Shelby Wilson becomes a Resident Advisor because it will look good on her resume, but a racially charged incident on campus has set student against student, and it's up to Shelby to mediate. With compassion and a deep understanding of the issues at play, Baltimore tackles the complexities of racism in America from the perspective of eight different college students.
Funding for Baltimore was made possible in part by the A. W. Mellon Educational and Charitable Trust Fund at The Pittsburgh Foundation.
